Front Entry Remodel

I never hated this

Entry 01 before

But I definitely wanted to improve it

Shanna and I chose this tile, a porcelain that looks like a rock, but will outlast and not flake into dust.

tile for hearth and entry 01

Here's how it looked when the Tile Lady was finished.

Entry 02 after

And how it looks now that the rest of the flooring in the living room has been changed.

Entry 03 after

I found these adhesive backed acrylic mirrors online and had to have them.

Downstairs Bathroom - Where We Started & The First Upgrade

This is the original tear down after the sewer backed up. For awhile it looked like this with just a throw rug on the floor

We ignored this shower by changing the shower curtain on occasion.

Downstairs Bathroom - The First Upgrade

For our first upgrade we painted the room white, put down a classic style linoleum, and eventually swapped out the sink for this pedestal version

Upstairs Bathroom Remodel - So Much Better

There are only two things remaining. The gorgeous Moroccan mirror and the curtains my mom helped pick out twenty years ago.

Oh yeah, I kept the lid I made for the bathtub.

I kept the upstairs linen closet because it is super useful and does not impede a wheelchair.

The original midcentury modern lights and medicine cabinets were kept and I added the glass shelf above the sink

I did not put a door on the shower, instead I'm using shower curtains. Why? Because it's easier to clean.
